DVD Review

The 10th Anniversary Music Edition Romeo + Juliet DVD was released in February 2007. Filled with an array of bonus materials produced by Bazmark, this new edition takes audiences on a spectacular journey with brand new special features including three new audio commentaries including one by Luhrmann, a comprehensive 40 minute documentary that takes you on an exploration of the soundtrack creation - a crucial part of the film's creative success - with music producing icons Craig Armstrong and Marius DeVries, three new "Journey of The Song" featurettes and the Music Machine, a juke box function that takes you to your favourite music in the film, and more.

Before the 10th Anniversary Music Edition DVD was released, Romeo and Juliet was released in a number of DVD formats. This page contains details of the features of the Special Edition Romeo + Juliet (Region 1) DVD that I originally purchased. (I have also since obtained a copy of the 10th Anniversary edition, which I highly recommend!)
